About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to general enquiries, quote requests, motorcycle transport services, and motorcycle storage services offered by Sunshine Storage and Transport. If we provide booking-specific terms, written confirmations, or service instructions for a particular job, those more specific documents will take priority where they conflict with this page.

Quotes and Booking

• Quotes are based on the information you provide and are subject to availability, route scheduling, and final confirmation.
• A quote does not create a binding booking until we confirm acceptance in writing.
• If important details change after a quote is issued, including route, motorcycle quantity, access conditions, or timing, we may need to revise the quote.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact, route, and motorcycle details.
• You must have legal authority to arrange transport or storage for the motorcycle.
• Collection and delivery points must be reasonably accessible and safe for loading and unloading.
• You should remove personal belongings, loose accessories, and any items that are not expressly agreed for carriage or storage.
• You should tell us in advance about non-standard motorcycles, unusual dimensions, high-value bikes, or special handling needs.

Transport and Delivery

We aim to provide a careful, secure, and efficient motorcycle transport service between the UK and Spain. Collection and delivery windows are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, ferry schedules, operational constraints, border processes, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We may inspect and record the visible condition of a motorcycle before transport or storage. If you believe there is loss or damage, please tell us as soon as reasonably possible and, where relevant, note visible issues at delivery.

Storage Services

Where storage is provided, motorcycles are stored in our secure indoor facility in Manilva, Malaga, subject to space and operational availability. Access, collection, and release arrangements may need to be booked in advance. Additional storage charges may apply if a motorcycle remains with us beyond the agreed period.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment timing, including any deposit or balance due, will be confirmed when a booking is accepted.

If you cancel after booking, we may retain or charge amounts that reflect costs already committed, time reserved, or work already carried out. If we cancel a service that we cannot reasonably fulfil, we will discuss rescheduling or any refund that may be due.

Liability

We take reasonable care in handling motorcycles and operating our services. Our liability will always be subject to any written booking terms, applicable insurance arrangements, and any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for undeclared items left with a motorcycle unless we have expressly agreed to carry or store them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Privacy
